1. Ownership of Work

Muse+Motion Creative Consulting (“Consultant”) retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any original materials, strategies, frameworks, templates, documents, systems, and creative concepts developed independently or during the course of service delivery. These assets are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions—whether conversational or collaborative—are designed to provide insight, clarity, and strategic support. The ideas, concepts, and frameworks shared during coaching remain the intellectual property of Muse+Motion. However, any personal insights, decisions, or internal documentation generated by the client as a result of these sessions belong to the client.

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any Consultant-provided session notes, mind maps, or resources for their own internal development. These materials may not be shared, distributed, sold, or adapted without express written permission.

3. Execution Services

For execution-focused engagements, including but not limited to:

• Strategy documents

• Custom templates

• Creative briefs

• Process workflows

• Resource matchmaking or supplier documentation

The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the project or business purpose defined in the agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Muse+Motion retains ownership of all original materials, including customized versions of proprietary templates or systems.

If full ownership or transfer of rights is desired by the client, a separate agreement must be made in writing and may incur additional licensing or buyout fees.

4. Third-Party Materials

Any third-party materials used in service of the project (e.g., stock assets, freelance collaborators, software, or supplier deliverables) are subject to their respective licenses. Muse+Motion makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper use but assumes no liability for a client’s use outside the scope of the original license.

5. Portfolio and Credit

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Muse+Motion reserves the right to reference anonymized versions of completed work or execution deliverables for portfolio or marketing purposes. If public acknowledgment is appropriate, Muse+Motion may request client credit for strategic or creative contributions, especially in published works, branded tools, or media features.
